Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)
Job Description:
As a BCBA/QBA, you will design, implement, and supervise ABA programs tailored to each client’s needs. You’ll lead assessments, create treatment plans, and provide training and support to families and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Design and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs
- Train and supervise technicians and RBTs
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure ethical and professional standards of practice
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- BCBA certification (BACB) or QBA certification (QABA)
- Experience in assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Description:
As a BT or RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA/QBA, helping individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) created by supervisors
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Support clients in developing independence and communication
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistency
- Follow ethical guidelines and maintain professionalism
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (BT) or RBT certification (preferred)
- RBTs must complete a 40-hour training course and pass the RBT exam
- Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
